He said out of respect for the company he isnt going to state its name so people here wont take it the wrong way and it wont hurt their sales. Which means he is probably going to buy another one. Which means he is also taking responsibility that it was his own fault it blew.

Didn't it look wrong when you mounted it?
Take a close look at the clutch. The off-center assembly warble caused harmonics at high RPM and broke the plate. Your journals may be effected, but there's no real way to tell unless you can recreate the harmonic and see the pattern of the frequency with sophisticated resonance systems analyzer. That much vibration can break out anywhere in the drive train or engine bearings, as well.
Definitely not ISO standard or DOT certified assembly process on that clutch pictured.
