One the bright side you know have a 3-puck pressure plate. 3-puck clutches are bad ass so a 3-puck PP must be even better!

A stock u13 motor hmmm you definitely need to learn how to drive your car then. Driving correctly would not cause destruction like that unless from a high horsepower car. 30 psi is impossible from a t25 the efficiency range is about 14 psi at most you would prob be making 280 hp maybe and that would not destroy the clutch. Like I said before please tell us how you launched your car when it broke.
