Need advice on vacuum leak, where to look?
This is U12 det in a 95 se-r, I have replaced all the vacuum lines going to the wastegate, BOV, TB, all that stuff around the intake manifold. Still pulling about 7.5-10 inches. I reeplaed one of the larger lines that comes off the valve cover and goes to the nipple by the injector harness, and inspected the other, it looks fine. Where else should I look? How does the IACV play into all this? Is there a commonnly overlooked vac line that I may need to check? This is driving me nuts.

the easiest thing to do is spray something like brake clean all over the intake/manfold/hoses etc and see if the engine changes (revs up/revs down/starts to misfire) you will find the leak if its there!

JUST BE SURE YOUR IGNITION SYSTEM IS GOOD or you will have a fire on your hands lol. Seen that before haha

some people use water or propane/acetylene btw

Yeah, I did that, the engine has the old outlaw intake spacer, it was fluctuating a bit when I sprayed brake cleaner on it, but I tightened the bolts a bit, in a semi-structured pattern. I haven't sprayed anything on it since then. Should I look at replacing or cleaning the gasket if it's still acting up?
I'm really hoping that there's one large leak somewhere, and you guys could point me at something that is a commonly overlooked area. The car idles fine, but comes apart when I start driving it.
Should I look at the IACV? My buddy told me it might have something to do with it.
