External Fuel Pressure Regulator (recommendation??).
Hello all

For my previous SR setups, with top feed injectors I have never had the need to use anything but a NISMO FPR. However, with the new top feed setup, an external/independent FPR is required. I do know that Aeromotive is the go to brand for these, but looking to see what people go with and recommend. Also, when you do make a recommendation, let me know why.

Also, there are 1.5 million choices as far as Aeromotive choices are concerned, but what will I will be looking for in terms of these??

Info
SR20DET
Stock fuel line size
E85 and/or pump
400-420 WHP
1200cc injectors

Thanks!

I run a Fuel Lab unit and I love it. Has worked great so far.

I had an aeromotive on my nx. It regulated pressure just fine, but never held pressure when the engine was shut off.

I like the fuel lab units. Multiple configurations at a good price.

Just an update:

I have decided on either the Fuel Lab 51502-2 or the Aeromotive 13129 units. Either one I find at the best price is the one I will go with (although the Aeromotive seems to be the cheaper of the option via Amazon prime and I can get it and sort through this weekend!)

Note: Aermotive's website has some SOLID info on things ranging from fuel flow charts, to AN fittings, to proper line size if anyone is interested

Brent, I agree Radium makes some of the best quality components out there (we run their catch can and fuel surge tank setup).

However, for my street build and the less than 450 WHP ceiling, it boiled down to a price break. The Radium non adjustable starts at $160 and the adjustable (although it comes with ALL fittings but no gauge) starts at a little over $206 All said and done, the Aeromotive, all three fittings, gauge (free: I already have 3) and 5/16" fuel injection line (free: I already have 10ft of it), came out to be:
118 (shipped) + 5.50 (x 3) = $134 shipped to my house. That's almost $100 less than the Radium for similar quality and similar use.
