Supposed to look like this? Or was someone drunk when they welded it?

Have you tried to clock the turbo so it faces down?
It looks like it could work like that possibly?

I tried googling pics of fron mounts, and they all look like it's clocked where it should be

I knew the stock gtir faces up...it was just a quick guess from looking at your pics....lol.
Well,I would say that someone should be fired for that then its gonna go over and out in front your radiator from the looks of it the way it is.

You have the wrong pipe. The outlet of the T25 & T28 are clocked differently. If you're married to that pipe, you can make or buy a clocking adapter, similar to this.
