If you dont forget that with it being painted black it absorbs as well as emits radiation so if its near something that is gonna give it more energy to absorb, it would be better to leave that side of it shiny/unpainted.

I think all of my old GM cars, (Lumina, Saturn SC2, Silverado, Grand Prix) had OEM black rads so I would think so.
not suprising. if you ever played with a flir, you will see what a huge difference a change in color can make. silver will have heat travel along the surface but not radiate while black will radiate the most (so silver the least, black the most)
To tell you the truth I have only ever seen a few. I got one out of an nx2000 and one out of a p10 g20. I know I have seen them in the early b13s also.
Pretty sure there is no stock all metal radiator that ever came in an Nx. Two core yes. But all metal no. I've owned a whole bunch of these cars from the original owners. It wasn't even an option. All have plastic on them.
They may have been Modine radiators that may have replaced the OEM aluminum & plastic ones when they went bad. I have 2 of them, one in the track car. Very dependable and tough, they both are 2 row rads.
