Just because you have spark doesn't mean it's firing right. Timing could be way off. Test your ignitor.

Have to check our vantage in the morning to get the procedure for you.

I believe the procedure is in the fsm. iirc testing involves verifying the resistance between the terminals is within specifications

going to check in the moring on that but a drove the car today to work it didnt felt like it at all
