Supertech Springs/Retainers
Looking into doing springs/retainers for my ve but had a question about what spring pressure I should run. Not sure what most turbo guys are running on their ve's. Would 123lb be too stiff and wear out the cam lobes on a stock head?

most people are running the lighter 100lb springs. I am running the b/c springs and retainers

Yes those are the correct ones however please remember that the 100lb rating is based on removing in the inner spring seat. If you dont do so, then the springs are actually 93lbs.

If you are interested in these, we can offer a better pricing than that on them.
