I need help please....... Anyone
So I take my B14 det it for a ride. As usual, everything is working perfectly. No issues at all. I'm out for a couple hours and whind up doing some spirited driving. After that, my idle is at 3k rpm and won't go down. I shutt the car off to see if that would reset anything but when I started it back up, it shot right back up to 3k rpm. When I got home, I tried messing with the iacv adjuster screw, then that's when my idle started bouncing back and forth from 1500-2000 rpm and that's how is been since.

So far:
I've checked for vacuum leaks
Changed fpr
Tried different inj
Swapped dizzy
Swapped plug wires
Swapped o2

And none of this fixes it. I really want o get to the bottom of it before I sell the motor because I don't want to sell a bad motor believing it's good. What does this sound like? What should I check next?

It really sounds like a vacuum leak. Check that more thoroughly.

My tps voltage was waaaayyyy off. I'm going to try to adjust it the, "Proper," way. it must have gotten loose because i remember setting the volts to .44.

Not sure if this problem is related but when I unplug the tps, the idle shoots up to 3k rpm and doesn't go down until I plug the tps back in.
