GTI-R B13 swap o2 Sensor help!!
I've searched but didnt find any situation the same as mine so here it goes. I bought a b13 with a GTIR swap, Everything is bone stock (Motor,Turbo,ECU,Everything). Now the o2 Sensor is in place BUT there's NO wiring on it, NO harness or ANYTHING for it. Now i Bought a Emanage Ultimate To tune. My Question is, how do i wire up a new o2 sensor? should i just go wideband since i have the e-manage? HELP !!!

Ditch the emanage and get a nismotronic sa. Get a new O2, and a wideband. You will thank me later.

Don't waste your time with the emanage. I have run emanate on two of my cars and both time it was a huge pita. I now run/work with nismotronic SA or AEM EMS. Before you upgrade anything get a good ECU. The nismotronic SA is an awesome unit and will save you money in the sort and long run. As for the o2 sensor if the one in the car cant be fixed just get one new or out of a junk yard. I have a few sitting around as extras. Good luck with the project.

So many mixed opinions on the Emanage, I'll probably get rid of it then and get the nismotronic. My car idles real crappy and im thinking its because the o2 sensor isn't wired and there isn't any wiring to it or from it. I need to know how to wire it if i get a new one. Anyone know the part number for a stock Gtir o2 sensor??

With the nismotronic you just run the stock o2 sensor for your car. The gtir sensor is different and not as easy to get. Your harness should have the o2 sensor plug on it just google image it.

i think you can get a wideband mtx-l and wire up the brown wire to the o2 pin.

But if I do that, Would I still need the stock o2 sensor?

chriswiss no need for stock o2 sensor... just buy a innovate wideband and wire up the brown wire goin to pin 19 on the ecu.. I'm using it now for months and it works great!

You may check on ebay for stock gtir sensor it's similar on s13 sr20det redtop skinny type one..
