Anyone know where I could get PAR rods, or any other good brand of rods that are made for the 54c?

GTiR rods willd do you good with ARP bolts. You can get eagles also and just have it machined to use the 19mm bearings. If you want a higher end rod...go with Pauter or Carrillo rods....Manley is good also.
