A11-B20 BZ0 91 NX20 / SE-R N M F KB13-SR20DE 23710-64Y01: This is what ecu you have. This means you are running a b13 ecu with a step down harness.

Also, did you notice the nipple on the bottom of the green pipe in this pic? IMG_20130522_092927.jpg Photo by kfcpimp305 | Photobucket

What is supposed to be on the pipe?

Here is part of your problem. You just capped off a very important part of keeping your crankcase depressurized. Plus it looks like a towel with a clamp, besides being ghettofabolicious you are leaking metered air when your not in boost.

In this picture you will see how it should be done properly, aka how Nissan did it OEM too. The 5/8" hose goes from valve cover to the turbo intake, this way turbo creates vacuum to suck out the pressurized blowby. Since the 5/8" hose connects after the MAF, it sends metered air past the MAF so it doesn't recount it.

It really does not seem like he wants to put forth the effort to determine the problem. We have pretty much spoon fed him to this point.
