Good to around 400whp or so and for the most part will bolt right on. You will need to change the intercooler piping a little and possibly the downpipe but just minor adjustments. Hands down it is one of the best turbos for the money. The T28 that you have with the t04b compressor housing is another great turbo and will build boost quicker than the 18g but the 18g is not what I consider a laggy turbo.

it needs a full rebuild man.
Im kind of fishy buying from a forum esp a turbo that I know nothing about its life or mileage, so I would MUCH rather have a fresh rebuilt turbo that was on my car. Spools fast enough for me. (t28 w to4b comp housing)

Yeah great spooling turbo with great top end with that compressor housing. Perfect street turbo for the sr20 imho. If you buy from one of the people I recommended you don't have to worry about anything as far as getting burned at all which is why I suggested them. They have been doing this for years longer than me and i have been on the forums since 2003.

Why does the car only go 120 for?
Im stumped on this.
I thought the p11 trans had longer gearing which made it better for turbo.

I know the sentra was a whole different car than the nx but with a b13 trans in it it would easily go past 120 in 4th man.
Please explain.
I've searched asked others and can't figure it out.
Thanks Nathan if you see this.

It has nothing to do with the transmission. I have no good answer for you there. I never had any issues at those speeds, but I also didn't abuse it that fast very often to know.

More than likely an ECU speed cut and has nothing to do with the gearbox.............But why are you so concerned with the 120mph speed limit?? I hope you are keeping those types of speeds OFF public streets............. (no wonder your cars are always broken........... )

I was thinking the same thing but wanted to ask to make sure.
How would I buypass this? Or make the car go past 120?

It is on a street lol I won't lie but its safely done. Red light only no cars can be in front done at 1-4am in the night. Real safe. Have two cars following always. I know going fast isn't as safe as most ppl make it out to be. But I don't do dumb stuff when racing. Im to scared as it is.

But reason why im concerned is we race to 150 or who ever pulls first
So making ppl that run me stop at 120 is dumb, cause the car can go faster. So id like to fix that.
It hits 120 in 5th @ 4600 rpms. (wack) gets there way to fast.
Yeah I drive the car hard but not during the week, cause I just trott around in her.
This is weekend only here, plus some tracking. (drag racing)

Thats why I bought the sentra (1st owned) so the nx is going to be the same.

I don't recall putting a speed limit on it, but for all I remember (about a year ago) I could have put one on before I sold it. I'll have to check out the last few tunes I made for it before I let it go. Can't do that until I'm home from work. I'll let you know what I find.

Please do that man. That would make my day to know.
Thanks!!
I bought the 18g turbo here off the forum.
If that don't work out im parking the car till Feb.
Then I'll change what needs to be changed.
Im holding on to the t28 to get rebuilt at gpop for Christmas.

If you decide to get rid of the T28, I think I know someone that may be interested in it as well. I'll let you know what I can dig up though about that tune.

18G will be fun on that car.
