A really good cheaper option is a modified gtir manifold. Its cast iron and actually flows pretty good. You can usually find a used one on the forum stock and modified. You could also have have TurboFx make you a manifold. The custom manifold with yield the biggest gains but will be the most expensive. I have run both the gtir setup and currently have a custom manifold. I am able to run a much larger compressor housing and could have a/c if I wanted. My setup also clears a full size koyo radiator.

looks like this

Yeah I been thinking about a gtir manifold, I just don't want that one.
But if I have to I will go that rout.
cortrim1 - you have a t28 on that manifold?
And it is custom made by turbofx?
I have 500 in my mod bank now to spend.

This is a custom ASP manifold. It has a t2 3071r mounted on it. TurboFx could make you a ram horn manifold that could be internally or externally gated. You should be able to pick up a used gtir setup for $450-500.

im just looking for a manifold not a whole setup.
I have a setup pictured above but those cheap ass eBay manifolds don't hold the 14psi i throw at it.
They crack.
Ok let's stick with a internal wastegate manifold.
What are my options?
Gtir manifold, custom, and ???

Cause idk how hard it would be to make my gtir t28 external wastegated.

Sorry if im confusing you all im just lost on where to go with the car.
Thanks for the help so far.

If u wanna stay internal I would consider a gtir mani, and a turbofx screamer o2 housing, this is based on the research I've done. I'm personally going with.a gtir mani modified for external wg and a turbo fx 3" bell mouth o2 housing.

is that really the only manifold we have to choose from?
the gtir, custom (cost to much) and then the ebay ones?
it looks like to me there would be more options than this.

im REALLY about tempted to just sell this car for 4k to my cousin and be done with it, but I know ill regret that.
