Time for more fuel
These are going in soon.
I found out the tips are too small to work with the oem rubber seals on my highport, so i had to have a bung made.

Custom Steel fuel rail
Siemens Deka high imp. 80lb/hr
custom bung adapters

is it the 11mm o-ring or the 14mm o-ring. Just look at the size of the injector tops

Also they make aftermarket seats for the highport/lowport manifolds. They use an o-ring seal and the cusion is smaller in diameter. Look through my old pictures of my t67 setup when i went top feed w/ id1000's and youll see what i mean.

"They" as in Custom steel?

Back when I bought the rail, i didnt know they were different sizes. I guess im lucky that the injectors i ordered fit it.

No they are aftermarket. Yeah alot of injectors such as id's come with 14mm o-ring seals at the top for the rail, they make 14mm-11mm adapters and 14mm to 14mm adapters for those that need the longer style injectors. Yours appear to be 14mm by the looks of it where it goes into the rail.

As far as the seats here was my old rail. You can see the aluminum injector port adapters. They are o-ring sealed and actually very very nice. they are meant just for the smaller ports like you have.

ive always had issues with the rubber in the manifold, ive been using jdm rr/ve manifolds and i use silicone and tension on the rail to seal, but this is my plan for a more profession approach

im going to purchase these for 4.50 each

and then i am going to bore the manifold injector ports to press them in, and weld them in, if you machine the tolerances tight enough and have them pressed in you probably wont need to weld, they will have to be trimmed to fit, but it should work out great

o btw great choice on injectors, ive been using them for some time now and they respond really well, i have them flowing about 1100cc with the added pressure in my system

Bear with me for this question...

To get enough "resolution" for idle, is 35 for my Microsec/bit low enough?

Im using AEM v1
