Good point. Thanks! I'll do the oil test here in a few. No crosshatch on the cylinder walls that I can see, but I may be blind. I'll look for that as well.

I think you can buy the Supertech keepers individually, they're less than a dollar. The rest of the engine doesn't look too bad, I pulled apart a 10:1 that had been boosted and it had a lot more carbon on everything.

Well, regardless, the motor HAS to have been tired. She only netted me 177whp at 10psi on the dyno. Valves would not seat properly, as previously mentioned.

Poured about a 1/3 to 1/2 cup of 10w40 (junk I had laying around, quakerstate), into all 4 cylinder wells to see how long it holds. Granted it's pretty thick, I'm still curious to see how long it holds.

I was going to start to clean up the block on the new motor up, and transfer the accessories over, but got sidetracked with other business. I'll likely start moving everything over tomorrow afternoon, and post up some for sale threads on the goods that were part of the previous setup. (Things like the T25 setup, the cams, etc.)
