Does anyone have any experience with this product? I'm in the market needing to replace my homemade MBC.

Never had great luck with any mbc. ebc is the only way to go for perfect boost control. its also the only way you will get a true linear boost plot.

I've had great luck with tons and tons of MBCs. That one looks fine, but I would go with this one: http://www.sr20-forum.com/turbo/35182-come-get-your-mbcs.html
Basically the same thing I hope.

You both are 2 trust worthy sources, IMO, giving 2 separate opinions. Here's here decisions get tough, lol!!! Regardless I don't have the money right now for an EBC so a MBC is my route ATM.

almost ALL MBC's are the same design at heart.

save your money & make a MBC from homedeopt. it will work just as good as any big name/shiny fancy unit

That's what everyone says, until you actually go to purchase the pieces to build one from Home Depot. It can't be done for less than maybe $18 but usually ends up costing upwards of $30. Factor in price of gas and time spent messing around at the store and the eBay MBC is the thing to buy.

ive had one similar to that and it worked, but not the easiest to adjust. My girl has a HBC on her car and its alot easier to adjust, never had any issues with it.

If you don't mind some spiking a mbc will work fine. Spiking aside a mbc is cheap and effective. I have been spoiled by my ebc. I actually have a mbc in my tool box that I used for a while with the only issue being some spiking.

My homemade one is what I'm trying to replace. My homemade one failed at the dyno yesterday compared to a turboXS MBC that we borrowed off another car for the tune.
