Gio glad your here. Can you post your t25 dyno here?

The only graph I have of that red t-25 Sentra is when he had the stock cams. I'll check for the printout.Plus the car is externally gated and the split wall eliminated on the manifold and back housing.

External gate helps a ton as well. That small wastegate on the turbo just cannot keep up with exhaust flow. Im sure the external gate relieves a ton of the backpressure that would have normally been there at those power levels. Gio obviously knows what he is doing and props for it pushing the T25 to those levels.

There are a lot of key things that made that happen.

If yuma had E85 i might have been all over it but it didnt and was stuck with 91 octane fuel.

E85 is no different than race gas. It's not an instant power adder.

It has better cooling properties than race gas. Alot of that has to do with the sheer amount of extra fuel required, its properties to resist knock and detonation and so on. All equal out with tuning to add power. By itself, no its no different really. Its not like Nitrous or anything.

.
With the bc2's now it picked up more mid range and some top end. We believe 350-353whp is the maximum she will make safely.thats it's current state.
This graph is with stock cams.after the afr and timing was tuned for the high boost, the 8 and 10 psi were just the passes not optimized for low boost.
8psi
10psi
16-14 psi (boost drop)

I'm running the exact same setup from my 18g. 750ccs with external wastegate. Built 9.0:1 avenir det. The t25 is internally and externally wastegated also. I use the internal gate for daily. External spring is 1bar.

Lowport head also gio? Is it 9.5:1? I think I remember reading you swapped a lowport in right?

Keeping That tq spike and keeping it as close to idle as possible is what I'm after. S4's or not.

That graph was on a highport motor. The low port motor made a few less tq but held better the defend in hp as the Rpms climbed.
But in my opinion s4's is the way to go.no loss anywhere. GL

You effectively made more power on a t25 than a built DET with a disco potato with the boost controller turned to max boost. 24psi dropping to 18psi redline made 345whp. It was running S3 cams, but damn. A tiny T25 making that much power is just crazy.

the turbine doesn't theoretically flow enough to support even 320whp, on any boost. I sense something else going on here?

But alas, it would be insane if you guys really did actually push the disco to the limit. Insane response and 420whp. with the powerband available it should be able to run low 11's or high 10's 1/4 mile. Meh, bench racing.

don't mean to be a skeptic or to go off topic. It is really impressive what you boys are putting down on such a small turbo.
