Maximum engine load (TP)...
Hello! As stated in my signature I have DE-T, so 70 mm throttle body. Weird thing I am encountering is that my engine is reaching its max load, highest maf reading, full boost and maximum performance just pressing half of the throttle. To be more specific at about 2.1 TPS volts. This by itself isn't too bad, but the weird thing is if i press more or full throttle, the car is slower, feels sluggish and doesn't accelerate as if depressed half of the throttle. Nothing is changing between the two scenarios regarding engine sensors and info. Engine load is the same, afr the same, MAF reading is the same. TPS sensor is working as it should(0.48-4.13), tps switch off working too. Do You guys have any ideas why this is happening or just screw the throttle body bolt, limiting the TB to 2.2V and be done. Thanks!

Sounds to me like you need to widen that TP range on your Nistune, at the least.

But did you say this is a new development? And things were working great before?

Well I am not falling off my TP table, so that can't be the problem and as I said the TP is not changing between half and full throttle. It's always been like this.

Has it always run poorly like this?

It sounds to me like you're maxing out your MAF way early on then. Time for a MAF that will read higher air flow. Is that the stock DE MAF?

Yes it is the stock DE maf, but its reading not more than 4.6 draw trough. The car is running great, but on half throttle

Something tells me you're simply maxing the MAF out even at less than half throttle. I think it is as simple as that.

I don't think I am there yet. I mean I'm just boosting 0.5 bar and i thought that mafs are maxed out at least closer to 5v. Mine is reading not more than 4.6. I just can't figure it out myself
