It doesn't say on the site, but it should be good up to about 250 WTQ which you're likely not going to get close to with your power goals.

Love my clutch, which is that one. Feels stock, near as I can remember, very smooth engagement.

NA DE w/bolt-ons and a bolted-on NA VE in my future.

Just do a quick search here, on SR20forum.com and on google and it will reveal a whole lotta stuff!! (and a majority of it is NOT good)

Start here on the forums to get used, great condition turbo parts!!

T28s have been falling in price lately with an influx of higher end Garrett GT based used turbos and such
