Thread: Car Wont Rev!?!

So i got the motor from Greg, sawped it and cranked it. Idles perfect vacuum is perfect timing couldnt be off i didnt do anyting to it since i got it. The TPS is at .46-.47. But when i try to give it gas it boggggs. I dont think its the maf because it will rev past 3 just nice and smooth.

check your ignitor chip

Did you bother to check plug gap, etc.? You didn't say whether you did or not...

Pressurize the system? Give us some more info on your set up.

air regulator and iacv hose hooked up?

what motor is it? what ecu...etc etc.
