Should be fine with the stock breather system. When you start getting in the 450+whp range you will start to get blowby and need a better way to evacuate the crankcase of pressure. For most cases removing the pcv valve and putting a fitting and running a second breather line from there will suffice. On my setup im doing 4 breather lines off the ve valve cover. One from where the pcv would be, one from the normal breather point, another from the breather port that goes down to the block port, and then from the block port. All 4 going to one catch can. But for mine we are talking 35+ lbs of boost and upwards of 8-900whp. So yeah need all you can get to keep the crankcase from pressurizing. Any positive pressure in the crankcase no matter how little it is will hurt power and cause issues.

on the ve i am building im going to use a vacuum pump set up on the crankcase it doesnt smoke at all it only pushes out a small amount of oil above 20psi or so but thats not what i am worried about, just wanted to know the limits of stock head bolts because that would be my only weak point in the ve that i am building

Use studs and a good gasket. VET gasket and good studs (mazworx) should hold great and you wont ever have to worry about it.
