Who cares about the welds as long as they hold up!? This isn't a JDM hella-fush, hard-parker rice-machine... the thing to look at is if it holds up and makes power, and where in the powerband it's at.

i had some ugly welds on my IC piping and my fabricator grinded it down... wasnt flush but it looked 100times better... you could consider that

lmao, feel like I have a bunch of big brothers backing me up. Should have this thing on the dyno next month. Waiting on taxes like everyone else.

Dude is building this himself unlike 90% of the people on this forum who depend on off the shelf products. I did not know that welds made a performance difference.

A little grinding and polishing at the manifold will look j use fine.

Ford tb is not a bad idea for a daily driver

Haha well ofcourse. I'm just sticking up for you because I thinks its lame he had a mani made for him but he's gonna try and talk shit. Also I'm building mine from scratch aswell. And I can't tig, so ill be welding mine with am ancient alum wire feed welder at work. And I already know it won't be pretty. But I'm not worried one bit what it looks like. Good luck on the dyno!

i like it as well. i wish i had access to a welder just to try to make something like this.. or anything really.. i have welded before but that was back in high school.. really good with a soldering iron as well... repaired a circuit board actually.. that was fun
