Ran down to the racing isle at Lowes to get some stuff to recirculate my bov again because my cars been running like shit with the cold weather.







She runs SOOOOO much better now!

And to anyone who wants to know, thats a 2x1.5" PVC Tee with a glue in threaded fitting, not sure what the grey piece is called but the barbed part is 1.25". The hose is 1.25" and my bov recirc fitting is 1.25", so everything fit pretty well and i spent like $10. The PVC Tee OD is closer to 2.75 and the ID for some reason is more then 2" its almost 2.5", my 2.5" couplers were a tight fit but they went on.

it functions and thats all that matters, my setup changes more then you change your underwear. once i'm on a map i'll be back to open bov.

It will work great until the exhaust manifold and underhood temps melts it. I wouldn't want to smell that either.

that was takin into consideration, and might be an issue. obviously i'll keep my eye on it, i'll likely replace that clear tube with a radiator hose or something. my main goal was to figure out why my car was running like shit (open bov + draw through = duh) without spending very much money.

i'm fairly sure the pvc will hold fine, but i'll keep my eye on that too.

You could also slap some foil tape on the PVC tubing which would help a wee bit with reflecting radiant temps. Would be a cheap temporary addition to the plastic tubing.

your right, like what i have on my hot side pipe.. seems like bandaiding a bandaid tho ya know?
