ding ding ding!
like i said i was using the smaller spring in the "greddy" bov because with 2 springs it wasn't working right, i should have tried just the larger spring but was lazy and after alot of reading decided to go with something different because it seems to be a common issue with the greddys an the knockoffs.
i do believe i can now rip the tires loose in 2nd just after vvl hits, i was goin up an on ramp today an im fairly cetain it happend, rpms stuck at about 6500 for a few seconds an then resumed climbing, also the torque steer has increased quite a bit.
over all the "hks" bov is much better compared to the "greddy" bov the way i had it set.
lastly, boost comes on quicker and stronger an sounds more throaty and as i mentioned, the tq steer increased quite a bit.
i think the "hks" unit looks better in the bay..
