Ok so I'm going on a 520ish mile trip tomorrow so today I took the time to jack the car up and really go over my intercooler piping, I loosened everything up and shoved it back together and re-tightened it, I actually got a few things to fit much better.
I also got my New k&n filter I bought for the install to fit, its in there pretty tight but at least its in there, my other one was toast! Also my bov is more vocal and I can hear the turbo spooling better.
Another thing is the past few days I've been hearing an exhaust leak coming from the front, so I popped my under and inspected the dp bolts an sure as shit one popped out, so went an got a nut bolt combo an used some red locktite on them. Hopefully that does the trick.
So from what I noticed on my drive home is I must of fixed a boost leak because its building boost faster an stayin there now. Also I'm not smelling exhaust fumes.
One more thing, I wired up my oil pressue gauges an water temp gauge. At warm idle I get about 35psi and at cruise I get 65-70 and if I add just a little pressure on the gas pedal it goes right up to about 90, didn't look to see what its at @ WOT. Water temp stays around 180 while cruising, if I play around a bit it goes to about 195. Going to try some water wetter.
