Maybe I'm corn-fused...are you saying you purposefully screwed the pipe thread side of that 90* elbow into a female flare? I hope the threads aren't boogered up...insert "meh" here.

Marsh tuning provided us with this "kit", as I said tho maybe I shoulda put the 90* fitting in the slave cylinder..

No the threads aren't fucked up it was the right thread pitch just wrong part for the job..

As it is now with a banjo an crush washers on both the slave an master cyl there are no leaks an everything works fine..

Did you leave the clutch pedal spacer on the firewall?
Did you bleed it like the FSM says to?
Do you have the play adjusted like FSM wants?

I didn't remove any spacer so it should still be there..

I did adjust the ascd switch to dial the free play "dead spot" out Maybe that's causing an issue?

As for the bleeding I did it like ive always done.. I'll refer to the fsm tonight an try again.. I'll also try what you suggested from the pic above..

Thanks

I drilled the second hole in my pedal because my clevis wouldnt reach the original hole with my pedal in it's resting position.

Ah, mine don't either, I have to push the clutch in about 3/8" or so to get the pin in
