Its a 1/2" ATP barbed fitting that I got from serban. The tap isnt a normal 1/2" tap. I have a 1/2" that came in a set and it is way too small. I paid around $16 for that tap from ace hardware the drill bit is also an odd size 11/36 i believe, it was around $42 from ace for the bit so I just borrowed one from a friend of mine with a machine shop. You will need a very powerful drill and lots of cutting oil. I went very slowly only going up one bit at a time, if I did a bigger jump it would jam. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HIT THE CRANK BRACE. I think thats what it is called and make sure your hole is at the correct angle and centered.

1/2" NPT tap is correct.

There's no thread pitch to worry about. That's why it's "NPT", or National Pipe Thread.

I've done my research before about tapping the block and all. Great Info by the way. Koojo's write up is very detailed.

Anyone here use the Serban gofastdepot.com GFD T25 / T28 Oil Feed Line? And have pics of their set-up?

On the description says it connects to the back of the block? Are they talking about that little "factory spot"?

So where would the oil restrictor fitting go on?

For coolant line. can you also tap w/ fitting on the thermostat housing/coolant neck for the turbo coolant line? I thought I seen this before.
