^ agreed.

Don't waste time putting this in when you'll probably have to take it off very soon, plus, when the turbo completely blows and you end up w/turbo fin pieces in your engine that won't make you happy.

I wouldn't but it's up to you, it will all depends on how much boost you're aiming for

I have seen many KKK turbos in that shape and they run consistently 20psi with no problems, if minimal shaft play and aiming 7-9psi you could give it a try

There is no up and down, side to side shaft play, but more of in and out (as I pull the compressor fins out and push them in from the intake).

That's game over. Thrust bearing is toast. Compressor surge probably killed it.

Well, that is good to know. Thanks for confirming its a huge paperweight. Sent a message to the seller letting him know about it but I haven't heard back from him in a couple days.

The bad thing is I've had it since the middle of January and just now got around to working on separating the parts out to put on my Full Race manifold. I've been busy with other things since then and hadn't paid attention to it so filing a Paypal dispute is way out of the question too.

Keo has a T28 for sale that I am probably going to buy, but now I am going to be out of about 400 bucks that I paid for this.

Did they even disclose the obvious compressor wheel damage?
