Running 9 lbs of boost. It seems I am not low on oil at all and may be a tad over full. I hope its not my HG, its brand new!

Brand new head gasket? Is it a paper gasket? If it's a MLS gasket, did you make sure the head and block were as flat and true as Keira Knightley?

I used the VE metal gasket. Yes everthing is flat.

Do you still have the baffles in your valve cover? Just curious.
If you do I'd guess that the motor was most likely built fairly loose.
