It doesn't work like that.
HAHA ....that is a good one ....
on another note the seach engine is the best tool on the forum , there are so many ways to get the car to make the power to run times like that ....it really just depends on how much weight you can afford to shed ( is it a daily driver ) and how much you want to spend ....( here is relibilty comes in ) do you want the cars drive terrain to last ....get the best transmission you can a B15/P11 or 6sdp p12 ( later costing more $) and a good clutch and motor mounts , this will help in trying to keep get and keep the power to the ground ....along with good suspension .....and now comes power ...since if you read you will know that 400+ whp ( some have made as high as 500whp ) is not out of reason for a stock blocked DE/DET , that being said the saisd lager turbos have more lag and smaller turbos are more responsive ....so ypu have to choose somthing you can live with as far as streetablilty is concerened ...and then we have engine managment , what do you intend to use to tune the car ??
all of these are things you have to decide for your self ....many of us can give you a recipe to allow you to make the power needed to get the get the car into the 11 sec area ...but half the fun of building cars is figuring out what path you want to take ....a gutted smaller turbo terror or a full street weight big turbo power monster ...once you have a idea of a better deffinition of what you are looking to do , I am sure many of us will be able to point you in the right direction ....
to keep it simple ..../
JWT or Calum ECU ( tunned for a z32 MAF and 750cc or 72lb inj.)
a good intercooler
a good clutch ( ACT or Compitition )
a stock pile of trasmissions ( inless you upgrade )
a GT2871r for a stock gtir manifold , or a if you want to buy a nice manifold a GT3076r or GT3071R or possibly a PTE SC5857
and some good cams and possibly springs and retainers
I am sure I missed some thing but here is a good start
