Just more work to make a downpipe. And way less room for an intake.

Because this is the easiest way to make the manifold.

What makes it easier than facing the other way? I have built a FWD SR manifold before and I'm not seeing the difference. It makes the DP more complex... Is this going to run a draw through MAF?

You should do a volume comparison on each runner with some water

#3 and #4 become a problem when u move it over to the right to give yourself more room for the downpipe.

I do remember it being a tight fit, it's been 5+ years. Not really a big deal having it the other way, though I've never fabbed a DP for such a setup. Very curious to see the complete system

it does look like it might be some tight fitment.

He's giving me a package deal I'm doing new ic piping, exhaust, manifold and tunning but the manifold it's self it if 3 or more 500 each but if just 1 it's 600 ,60-1 is the biggest that fit as of right now but he's working on making them to fit bigger turbos with no mods to ur radiator or radiator support

Looking good! I've run this type of 4->1 design on my fwd SR before and it works great. Just make sure you run a decent size WG. Also, the DP is pretty easy...it's 90 deg bend, then down, and then kick it back under the pan.
