Its been awhile since I updated this thread. Hopefully in the next week or two I will be heading back to the dyno with all of these new mods. Last dyno was 320/300 spiking to 19psi dropping to 16psi. I am getting the turbo back from the welder monday with the flange welded so I can start getting everything put back together. I will update pictures later in the week.

Intake Manifold with Q45 TB (also new BOV)

Upgraded turbo intake pipe from 2.5" to 3"

Went to external wastegate (HKS wastegate)

Have the new turbofx downpipe

Moved all of my coolant lines to the front housings

He also added external WG and new O2 housing so you won't know how much increase will be associated w/the IM alone.

What boost level was it at before, and will the next dyno be at?

320/300 spiked to 19psi dropped to 16psi. The other change was I went back to my 3" muffler. Last dyno had the 2.5" muffler on it. I will also probably get a new FPR.

As far as the next dyno, I am not sure what spring size is in the wastegate right now. As I get the car back together this week, I will test the spring so I know what my base boost is. I have now upgraded my water/meth to 49/51 boost juice mix as well which should help. I may also move the water/meth line closer to the TB. I have 550cc injectors, so the boost we test will be dependent on what kind of numbers we are seeing as we crank it up.

Also, the JWT tune looked pretty good to me...Not sure why it would hold me back.
