Keep an eye on the classifieds for a while, that stuff turns up all the time.

You dont have to get a FPR. Use the stock one. Its calibrated for 3 bar. The only reason to get another FPR is if you are running 4 bar of fuel pressure.

Oh and your trying to turbo your car. Get used to spending money on little stuff or don't try and undertake the project.

Hahah ya I know but it's a super budget build and anything I don't need I don't want to buy. And seeing as how I bought the engine for 200 it seems a little ridiculous to spend more than the engine on those parts especially if I don't need them. So a higher volume fuel pump shouldn't increase the pressure and make it run a little rich? It will just add that more volume? Can the stock fpr send all that unused gas back or will it be too much making the fuel pressure rise?

It's good for 3 bar. Think about it. What is different from stock vs a nismo unit set at 3 bar? Nothing. The units are identical with the exception of the adjustment screw. If you don't need to run 4 bar, keep the stocker.

Get the 255 pump. The stock fpr with work fine but the nismo afpr with a gauge is a must for real tuning. I have seen pumps fail and the motor will not last so spend the $ on a good pump... Think about it a 100$ pump is worth it. A replacement motor will run you 800$ or more.

in reality unless you have a fuel system to back up he need for the adjustable fuel presure regulator, then its a waste of money.

the adjustable fpr does nothing as far is tning is concerned, it gives you the ability to adjust your fuel pressure from 3 bar which stock is 3 bar so you can go ahead and run your stock fpr, or it gives you the ability to adjust the fuel pressure to 4 bar, which you will need a fuel map setup to run 4 bar and injectors and the pump and the regulator to do so.

you cant ''tune'' with a adjustable fuel pressure regulator, i have read other post where people are thinking you can add in and take out fuel with the adjustable fuel pressure regulator, this is totally false, you can add more fuel in and take more fuel out, however this isnt in relation to the fuel map so EVERYTHING will be either rich or lean. that is definitly not something you want to be doing, is thinking that the nismo fpr is a tuning device. its mearly a fuel pressure regulator that allows you to run stock or 4 bar, thats it, nothing more nothing less.

hell like i said i was running the nismo till it crapped out, i went back to stock, im on 22lbs stock fpr, walbro 255 and 71lb injectors wit the jwt rail.
