I have several more questions if you have the time to answer

1) What was base timing set at the week before the pull??
2) What were the AF levels for different boost levels you were running??
3) Will the dyno plots (once up) have the A/F vs RPM and boost??
4) What was the fuel pressure for the various runs (the reason why I ask if I am not certain if I understand your statement that you kept the same 38 psi for all the runs)??

Thanks again and fantastic results!!

95% of the JWT ECUs I have run and put on cusomters cars run dead on. If you are smellinh gas at idle and under boost it could be many reasons, no cat, running a 255 Walbro fuel pump with no fuel presure regulator.

1. 20*
2. 12 to 1 5000-6000 RPMs 11 to 1 6000-8500 RPMs
3. yes
4. 38 PSI for all the runs. Once base fuel presure is set is should and will stay the same for all boost levels.

Please dont look at what is here and make a comparison to your car. I am just telling you what we did to my friends Nicks car. This car has 96 lb injs and Ford lighting MAF which small things to the right or left can have drastic changes.

No no, I am not comparing what is here to my car. What I am looking for, is information on how you went about attaining your numbers (just method, that's it). The setup is vastly different from my own.

And yes, I agree, could be a number of reason why I am running rich, which I will delve into this more deeply in the near future and once the wideband is installed (but this is an entirely different topic).

What I needed was some peace of mind for the JWT ECU setup, and that is exactly what I got

Wow amazing work makes all those years feel worth it Im sure. That is alot of power! Congrats.

Some good power can be made on JWT ecu's but they do have to be setup correctly. Here's my buddy's S14 on a jwt ECU making 700+ on moderate boost with a stock bottom end..

I rock the JWT.

JWT ECUS give problems only if the engine builder does not set up the car properly

Is this 20v still a drive-by-wire?

I have always had the same issue with my JWT that you mentioned earlier, normal down low rich up top. You say you are sending the ecu in to have Clark touch it up. Will he do this for anyone? I was unaware that JWT would do any fine tuning.

nope.

Jwt for your basic sr guy is good. For people who have out of the norm set ups and switch up setups often, and or want every last bit of power to be extracted there are other better options.

i personally watched a jwt ecu and a calum burn up this year. They dont replace units like other companies do.

But like I said for your average guy its good. Dre those are great numbers for a chipped setup.

Stratton.

Stratton ECUs just dont burn up without user error.

This can happen to ECUs that have large injs that need resistors

I have never had a JWT or JWT ECU burn up on me and I have been selling them and installing them for the past 15 years
