Dre, you should look into the new 6766 billet, It has the new designed turbine wheel, a much more efficient wheel that doesnt affect the spool time at all but serious top end gains at the same boost levels when compared to the same size 6765 billet, either way you will love the turbo and the power it makes.

I heard about that turbo but have not looked into it yet. Might go that way as soon as I look into it.

yeah it looks very very promising, All i can say is its about time someone took the initiative to work on a new designed turbine wheel as they have had the same design since the beginning basicly. All the R&D was spent on the compressor wheels which was great but still lacked on the turbine side. There is a couple graphs out there showing spool and power comparisons between the 6765 and 6766 I think it was something along the lines of about 30-40whp at the same boost levels.

^I read about this as well. I wouldn't want to go that big, but if I had to choose between the two, it would definitely be the 6766 billet. What are the current price differences between the two?

They are both about the same price. From what ive seen listed both the old turbine style 6765 and 6766 w/ new turbine are about 1075 shipped for the journal bearing turbo which is what im going to use on my car.

Bumping an older thread. Andreas, can you elaborate on that intake setup for us? I remember you talking about it in another thread but I can't seem to find it.
