Couple of VE+det Q's
I'm going a different rout with my det build and have a few questions
The motor is a bluebird bored out with 87mm pistons and bluebied head runnung a gt2860 turbo .

1. I plan on swapping a sr16ve head onto the det block (if i ever get the head ) and want to know if the arp 2k head studs will work or do I need a differnt size/length ? Cant find info on this so chime in !

2. Cant find the thread on tapping the block for the vvl oil feed . if someone can post it for me .

3. plan on swapping over my hks cam gears and what kind of dialed in degrees has anyone had god luck running on sr16 cams on boost .

The ARP head studs should work ...but they are not the favorite ones to use , guys have had problems with them , most guys are liking the Golden Eagle ( b16 ) headstuds , and they have had great results with them ...good luck

Aebs are no longer in production. Use the golden eagle b16 head studs. the stock head studs are 11mm.

Thats what happened when I tried to get cosworth head studs. I found out they change sub manufactures and bought the ge head studs instead.
