SR20DE+T + VVL head swap.
Hi everybody, two weeks ago start my new proyect, has an ordinary SR20DE powered with Garret T28 @ 12 psi of boost, here is the video YouTube - 241WHP-237TQ.MP4
On pass days I´ve buy a vvl head and start the new proyect.
Here is some pictures, I think this procedure is already know

Removing the old head.

Installing the new one.

Now the new step is to tune on dyno the next week but a schedule is recommended as on of selenoids?
I was thinking at 4700 intake and 5200 exaust.
Welcomes your comments and excuse my bad english.

From my personal experience on on many of the t-28 and smaller turbo that i have done the activation point are smooth and better at around the 5000 rpm range, 4700 rpm's being the lowest that worked before getting dips. I would also save the hassle and activate both at the same time. Gl keep us informed of how it goes.
I say 310-320 whp at 15 psi, on the t-28
