Are you sure it's not a line off the intake anywhere? Maybe a bad check valve or something?
all the lines seem fine, there could be a cracked one somewhere on the manifold or something though. I plan on some soapy water as soon as I can actually get a little pressure in the system.
How did you do it? just turning the crank little by little and pressurizing? maybe the valvestem i'm using isnt letting enough volume of air through fast enough to build any pressure. I'll have to try using the air spray nozzle and spraying it into a vac line. I know i've been able to build like 30psi in the system before against the valves.

Check the PCV valve. It's only suppose to suck from the engine but if it sticks open it will allow boost into the crankcase, but it should pop the dipstick up also.
True, I'll check out the PCV also. It would be difficult to pressurize just the piping since the IACV tube runs from before the TB also, so the manifold ends up pressurized anyway.
