Ok,
ECU- You will need to run ECU tuning. You can get away with running an SAFC for right now, but thats more of a fine tuning piece and you shouldnt depend on that for the base of your tune.
OIL LINES:
Oil Feed-You will have to run a T off of the back of your engine where your oil psi sender goes in. You can get the oil line kits from ebay, but most of them come with an the T portion that threads into the block with threads that are 1/8" NPT. The threads on the oil sender are 1/8 BSPT, now some people say that it will just thread in and be fine, I on the other hand like to do things right the first time and you should run an adpater. You can get them from summit or jegs for cheap.
Oil Drain:
You will have to drill and tap the block for the oil drain line. You are going to have to take the upper and lower oil pans of in order to do this. There should be a how to somewhere around here(use the search), if there isn't PM me and I will give you specifics.
STOCK INTERNALS:
You will be just fine if you properly turbo this car. Take your time and use good parts.

NEED ANYTHING ELSE:
How is your clutch? You will need a colder set of spark plugs. Maybe do plugs, wires, cap and rotor if it hasnt been done in a while. Like I said before, take your time and dont cut corners. Go into the turbo FAQ sections and read all that you can. Most everything can be found in there.

thanks alot, ill have to call up my local tuner shop( epic tuning in allentown) and see if they are able to tune it for me, clutch is decent, but i need to drop my trans in the spring to put in a speed sensor since the guy before me broke it off and i cant get to it other wise, so im gonna get a better clutch at that time anyways, and ill def do things the right way, i wanna daily this thing, cuz my truck has bad mpg but thanks alot, im gonna do my research first then build

You also need a downpipe if that's not already in your custom exhaust.

If you don't run coolant lines for the turbo you have to let it idle for a minute or two if you've been boosting before shutting down.

I also have a jpipe and a partial down pipe, pictures in the classifieds... for when you're ready.

A stock type clutch will not hold boost unless you completely baby it. It will slip as it is designed to hold 140 hp. Not 200+hp.

Buy heat range 7 plugs, preferably platinum (buy at least 8 plugs, youll burn the first set)
you need exhaust, I bought my downpipe from jgy (whaterver......) Got the catback made at a shop (2.5" mandrel bent)

Now with ecu/ems I chose a jwt( chipped, stock ecu) Great for plug & play although NO tuning. Many other and myself are unhappy in the long fun with it ( knock sensor, egr temp sensor codes will always be on. Go with that or a Nistune board/ calum RT (They can provide a base tune, but you will need to fine tune)

You probably want to get some prothanes/ polyurethane engine mounts ( they help with the engine torquing when you rev)
Buy an intake pipe set ( custom built or make your own)

Personally, with bov's I want happy with the stock avernir or any greddys, I love my hks ssqv from silicone intake (trust me, Ive gone through 6 or 7 bovs) Also, Synapse synchonic is great if you can afford it You need to recirc if running a draw through setup

Stock sr20de bottom end will hold. Dont run a t25 over 14psi. If youre really concerned about reliability on your de, get det piston oil squirters installed.

you can do some fine tuning with a safc

and when a greddy is adjusted properly (as benfenner stated in one of his thread) and you recirc it, it will be just great.

and the bosch plugs im selling are 1 heat-range colder than heat-range 7 ngk's
