In all seriousness it really depends on setup and boost levels. 400 whp if say between 11.4 to 11.7 above that I say between 11.2 to 11.4. I'm gonna tune my 700 whp to 11.2. my plugs way not good thats ywhy i had to go so low with the gap. i replace them and everything was fine until i pop my 3rd gear.
