You can make some good power. However the transmission is weak. I'm not trying to be a downer man, but the most practical thing if you want a high power Sr20 is to sell your Se-R and go with a RWD Sr20. The 240 drive train is stronger than the FWD stuff we have to work with. Also you get rid of the traction loss when you get the back end of car to squat down during acceleration.

or get P11 or B15 transmission.......

yea thats my biggest worry. This is my first sr build so ill have fun with it but sooner or later ill prob want a rwd sr like a 95 240.

Get a B15/P11 trans, keep a sprung clutch, and run heavy shockproof. Your p11 will last a lot longer if you do this. Few people have blown up as many as I have, so you have to just do it right so you don't have this issue.

Not like rebuilding is hard though. Ah, the glory of the P11 trans.

I have seen 550+ whp on a stock JDM DE with some BC cams a small frame T3T4 turbo with a small shot of nitrous behind it.
