And I'm using them currently on my T3 set up made 340whp at 10psi making power til close to 7400 rpm again stock head stock
142K mile de motor tuned on an safc

Never use a ras as mentioned they wil just ensure you will have damage to the head if you ever toss a rocker arm off. I have seen the rocker arms thrown off a motor at start up due to the lifter being stuck wide open. I have seen first hand how much damage is done with a ras and a over rev. this car toss three rocker arms and one was crushed by the cam.

sounds like u were saying to use ras. if i dont use ras i can mess up my head and if i use ras i risk bending a valve right? i dont want either tho

1. No rocker arm stoppers. No way.
2. STG 3 cams REQUIRE Springs and Retainers. No if's, and's, or but's.
3. STG 3 cams NEED cam tuning with adjustable gears, or your powerband will be off. I made peak power at the rev limiter set to 7800rpm, and after raising the rev limiter to 8500 made peak power at 8500.
4. STG 2's are great for boost with small turbos and don't NEED S/R, though it's recommended if you're revving to the moon (8Krpm +)
5. Leave everything stock, slap a GTiR T28 on it, raise the boost, and tune. 300whp is EASILY done with this.
