Could the pulsar pistons and rods fit on the bluebird crank and block?

yes. you will need to use the 19mm gtir rod bearings.

and it will be a good upgrade. just use arp rod bolts and the setup will hold up to 400hp

Pistons = Same.

The rods from the GTi-R are the better of the two.

interesting, I knew the rods were better but I thought pistons were stronger too...

Nope .....same pistons , the differant compression ratio come from the differant heads
