What do i need to complete this t25 setup?
Heres what i have:
bb mani
bb turbo
370s
u13 bb ecu
u13 bb maf (pending)
FMIC

I have a stock de in a 91 ser that i would like to run this on.

So is there anything else i am missing?

As for major components, you might need a BB engine wiring harness? Obviously you'll need a whole bunch of smaller, trivial items.

Oh, you likely will need a BB water temp sensor to go with that BB ECU. Also might need a BB O2 sensor but not sure.

BOV, piping, vacuum lines, time, patience, bandaids.

As above plus drill and tap the DE block, check if turbo is complete with wastegate actuator and all, J-pipe, downpipe, exhaust, FPR to raise to 4bar, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp gauges and money for miscellaneous horror stories, etc.

I think no need for harness though, but Water temp sensor and skinny O2 sensor, yes.

Not necessary. Good to have, but not a requirement.

Why not get an ecu to match your compression? You said you had a stock de? Aren't the U12 ecu's the more conservative compared to U13s?

exactly what im thinking.

I should just go the u12 route.

Personally I would find an ecu tuned for 9.5 compression. But atleast if you go with the U12 you can use your stock maf and also the o2 if I am not mistaken.

You can use the bb ecu but keep in mind the timing map will be a bit agressive and could potentially cause problems with the higher compression de engine. Make sure you run the highest grade gas available. You will need band aids after installing a walbro fuel pump. LOL
