will it do 8 psi daily, and 15psi when feelin froggy? lmk some tips this will be my first turbo car

It will do just fine , just get a solid tune and a good alky-water setup.
I did over 500whp with my RR for 5 years over 32lbs of boost on a pt67 ...

If you are going to keep the block stock and want longevity, just go with a gt28rs or a gt2871r. No need to run a 500 hp capable turbo to make 300whp.
