Injector swap help
Have a question. What is the best way to go about removing the stock injectors and cause the least amount of damage to them? I've read on a few ways others have done it, just wondering if anyone else has any tips.

This is on my other DE motor. When I swapped the injectors on my current car, I bought a set that was already in a rail to avoid the headache of pulling them.

I think I remember having a friend grab the rail, while I grabbed the injector and twisted on it. Or I just did it by myself. Was not easy. I might have even used my super long needle nose pliers, the end has a loop where they can grab on circular objects and distribute grip evenly.

I have used hose pliers before. The trick for me was turning them side to side while pulling up. I have also used this method.

Stick a flathead screwdriver under where the plug part of the injector and twist the screwdriver. This will pry against the rail and the injector will pop right out. Very easy.
