i had the same issue. It was the maf

i actually cleaned the maf out first and it didnt really help much and then i took it off and rotated the maf so the sensor was facing another direction and it fixed the problem. I guess the air hitting made the mixture better or it read the data better??? i dunno

problem found. the metalshield on top the the z32 maf short out the board in the maf and burn up parts inside it (z32 maf spoil)

i put back in my sr20de ecu and maf and the car start and and rev good.
