if you did not do the external gate or the thermal coating its not too bad. I think he makes a regular non el manifold for around 700.

I made 342whp on a gtir manifold modified to external gate with a gt28rs, s4 cams and 15psi on a stock de. This manifold is for my vet project which has a much larger turbo.

external gates are more effective at bleeding off excess gases( larger opening) and reduce back pressure. You also remove the turbulence that is induced when the internal gate opens to relieve pressure into the o2 housing.

yea, im think on getting a gtir mani with ext gate on it...just may get in the way of my ic piping but i have to c

make sure to get one done by andreas miko. There is more involved than just welding on a flange.

o i know, i got a buddy selling one that was done by miko...nice piece of work. coated and all.....im just limited on fabrication resources and i know with that mani and wg id prolly have to change my hotside pipeing a tad bit...or atleast i think, i gatta look at my piping again
