I'm looking for a top mount tubular manifold that will fit in a car with a koyo radiator and allow me to keep a/c and is under $1000. Does such a thing exist?

I think it could be done. Talk to Bruce at Pro-Tech.

I will be honest with you in my opinion Charles and Bruce are top notch fabricators.

I am 100% happy as hell with my pro-tech manifold. It is a work of art!

one thing to keep in mind is that you may need to move the koyo back for space. You may also need to remove part of the upper radiator support to make it easier to assemble and disassemble.

get a sidewinder manifold made and you will be golden. I got one being done for later on but I think thats the best option out there in my opinion for your needs.
